Robin

Erithacus rubecula

A robin at life size, round-bodied and upright with the alert, perky stance of the bird on the garden fence. The same form comes in two finishes: bright stainless steel that keeps its shine, or mild steel left to rust to a warm brown, its breast picked out with a splash of red. Fine steel legs, a short straight beak and a slim tail complete the piece. Small enough for a windowsill, a shelf or a sheltered spot in the garden.
