About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of bunyanandbreeze.co.uk. By using this website you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Andy Bunyan and Andy Breeze, trading as Bunyan & Breeze (West Berkshire, United Kingdom).

Use of the website

You may use this website to browse our work, learn about our process, and enquire about commissions. You may not use the website to send unlawful, harmful, or unsolicited content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access; or to interfere with how the site works for others.

Our content

All photographs, written content, sculpture designs, and other materials on this website are the intellectual property of Bunyan & Breeze unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any material from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Enquiries and commissions

Submitting an enquiry through our forms does not create a binding contract. The price shown against a catalogue piece is the price you pay for it — it is not an estimate. Where a piece is offered in more than one metal, its detail page shows the price for each option side by side. A commission is different: because it is made to your own brief, it cannot carry a set list price, so it is quoted to you individually before any work begins. Commission work is agreed separately by email or conversation, with the terms confirmed for each piece.

Returns and refunds

If you buy a catalogue piece and change your mind, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it — longer than the 14 days the law gives you, which of course still apply. Let us know within that time and send the piece back to us. You are welcome to unpack it and look at it as you would in a shop; but if it comes back damaged, or showing wear from being used or displayed outdoors, we may reduce your refund to reflect the drop in value. We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge if you paid one, and you cover the cost of sending a change-of-mind return back to us.

Commissions work differently. A commission is a piece outside our standard collection — a different bird, plant or animal, made to your own brief — so it cannot be offered to anyone else, and the 30-day change-of-mind return does not apply to it. This is the ordinary position in law for anything made to your own specification. Choosing mild or stainless steel on a piece from the collection does not make it a commission: those pieces are standard, and carry the full 30-day return above. Separately, so that you are happy with a commission before it reaches you, we agree the design with you first and send you a video of the finished piece before it is dispatched.

None of this affects your legal rights. Every piece we make, catalogue or commission, must be of satisfactory quality, match the way we have described it, and be fit for any purpose you have told us about. If a piece reaches you faulty, damaged, or not as described, tell us and we will put it right with a repair, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate — and in those cases we cover the cost of returning it. These rights are separate from, and additional to, the change-of-mind return above, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

We aim to keep all information on this website accurate, but we make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Links to third-party websites (such as Park Gallery) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
