Yes — we ship worldwide in handmade wooden crates. International shipping is quoted individually.
An annual re-application of protective oil maintains the finish and slows the natural evolution of the patina. Full care instructions are included with every piece.
Visits by appointment. We welcome customers who would like to see work in progress, particularly those commissioning a piece.
Yes — every piece comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Gift wrapping and a handwritten note are available on request.
Catalogue pieces may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Bespoke commissions cannot be returned, but we work closely with you throughout to ensure you are delighted.
